A very spacious apartments with many amenities, not all but many

I hoped that the cleanliness was better

Large apartment with 3 rooms. Our stay was short the issue is they provide cleaning services only once or two times a week

You have to request home clean every time … towels needs to be renewed

It is a spacious the curtain and the window large shows you the whole street the whole city

Sometimes it’s hard to find a shaded bark

the apartment was very spacious. The amenities are just right and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom of the children is leaking and the floor is always wet.

The cutlery and other stuff in the kitchen are insufficient for 6 people provided 6 glasses of all different sizes

We stayed at Butterfly Residence in Bahrain, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is very central and convenient. The apartment was very spacious—more than we expected—and nicely maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. They don’t serve breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped, so you can bring your own groceries and prepare your meals. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

The only thing we didn’t like was that breakfast wasn’t provided, but since the kitchen was fully equipped, it was easy to prepare our own meals.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Butterfly Residence in Manama. The staff was exceptionally helpful and responded quickly to all our requests, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. Housekeeping was scheduled every other day, which felt a bit infrequent for a short stay. Daily service would have been more convenient, especially for guests traveling with family or staying in multiple rooms.

Spacious rooms, location.

They do not give drinking water, difficult to get towels, and no toileteries. TV does not work. THe maintanance staffs are not doing their job

It’s clean with good all the facilities, places like super store,Resturant,rent a car are on walking distance.Staff are Pro cooperative and their mind set is to serve the guests.Madam Kalpani is superb helping guests with smiles.Parking available so need to worry about.

Location, calm and practical for long stays, worth the value

The interior needs upgrades and the electricity is quite complicated, the ac keeps on turning off at night even if you cancel the auto-fan,

“The hotel is not good, and the service is below standard. The internet doesn’t work most of the time, and the comfort level does not match the price at all. I do not recommend staying there.”

The location and facilities were amazing. The rooms were spacious and views spectacular. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Pool, gym and BBQ area were lovely. We would love to book again for sure.

Short term let's might benefit from a welcome hamper of basic goods and cleaning products (for a small fee perhaps).

Very spacious, clean and the mattress is super comfortable. There was room cleaning service every 3 days.

The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped as advertised. We had to ask for glasses and cutlery. We didn’t cook but a lot of things were missing if you plan to use the kitchen.

Location Space is very big They have billiards , bowling , mini Cinema Staff very nice and friendly And sure if I Back Bahrain I will book again

To increase the number of cleaning from 2 time per week to 3 or 4 day per week

Service was overall very poor - front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were chronically unreliable and had to be asked over and over and over again to fix basic things (apparently "yes sir" at this aparthotel, means "maybe, if we can be bothered, when we can be bothered").Frequently disturbed by housekeeping at times that were not in the agreed schedule.So many things in the apartment were broken upon check in that it was unreal.I will not return to this hotel.
